Return Policy
Please note: Certain large products like cement mixers are final sales
items and cannot be returned.
Customers must first obtain a Return of Goods Authorization (RGA) number
from a CTS.com representative (Please call us at 877-261-0818) . This
number must be printed on the outside of the package in order for it to
be received and processed. CTS.com will determine if credit will be
issued upon evaluation of the product and packaging after it's returned
to CTS.com freight pre-paid.
A resocking fee of 25% will be charged to the end user for all returned
merchandise. Shipping costs included in the initial delivery of order
will not be refunded. If item was sent with Free Freight, CTS.com will
charge end user for the costs associated for Free Freight plus 25% for
restocking fee.
We will gladly refund 100% of the product price including freight
charges and applicable tax if the error was ours or if the merchandise
was defective.
Instructions for Returning products to CTS.com
Your return must include the following:
Product in new condition returned in its original package.
All of the parts that the manufacturer included with the product.
Packing slip with reason for return and RGA number.
CTS.com merchandise returns will not be accepted unless we are notified
by e-mail or phone of the return. No return will be accepted if you
don't have an RGA number.
RGA number on the outside of the box.
