If you are unhappy with the product upon arrival please contact support@concretetoolsupply.com to arrange a return. Used products are not refundable.As shipping costs are irretrievable ConcreteToolSupply.com is unable to refund shipping costs.
FREIGHT SHIPPING
Even though concretetoolsupply.com provides free shipping in the United States, there are circumstances that freight shipping is involved. Items that are of a certain size, oversize items or weight to a residence rather than a commercial address. Items that require a liftgate, locations such as farms or other locations where a truck can not get to. Items will have this notated in the description area of the store and you would need to contact us prior to purchase or be invoiced separately.
